Design
Polybond designs are created with the latest industry-leading techniques and technology, including CATIA, ProE™, SolidWorks, Ansys™ FEA with fatigue algorithm ABAQUS, and AVIAP custom proprietary vibration analytical software.
With over 25 designers and engineers, we can work with your specifications to select the best configuration and materials to create a solution to meet your performance and durability standards.

Prototyping
The Polybond team takes your proprietary design and translates these digital concepts into a tangible form to capture your overall concept. Our team creates product prototypes for testing using SLA, FDM, LOM, Epoxy, and Aluminum molds. In addition to these techniques, Polybond North America can suggest various materials, such as urethanes and elastomers, to represent the product design.
We then test and improve the prototype to develop the absolute best version of your product. We can provide life cycle, atmospheric, and destructive testing among many others. This refining and validation process helps us find the best solution for your needs that will perform above your requirements and expectations.

Process Development
Polybond uses the best process development to determine the best way to create your products accurately and quickly. Our processes include Injection Molding, Compression and transfer Molding, Liquid Injection Molding (LIM), Open Casting Urethane, and Multi-Material “Two-Shot Molding.” We can also develop custom processes to meet any demand.
We then work to streamline the process steps and sequencing to complete all the necessary unit operations as quickly and affordably as possible without compromising your demanding specifications and our quality standards.
