Polybond is a manufacturer of industry-leading custom and off-the-shelf elastomeric mounting solutions for a broad range of industries. History
Polybond North America began in 1993 as Engineered Plastics Solutions Group (EPSG), a custom engineering and manufacturing firm in Norwood, Massachusetts. Their expertise has since led them to develop over 3,500 unique elastomeric compounds for countless applications. Most notable is DuraFlex®, a proprietary line of rubber compounds with ultra-high resiliency, low-temperature rise, and long fatigue life.
On January 1, 2023, Polybond India Pvt. Ltd. purchased EPSG, which is now a wholly-owned subsidiary. Part of the Rathi Group, Polybond began manufacturing polymer-based products in 1978 ranging from hoses, to vibration mounts, and various molded rubber products. Since then, they have grown to four manufacturing plants in India, along with strategic stocking locations across the globe. The merger brought with it additional resources, including an enhanced product offering, increased production capacity, and a global reach. With over 30 engineers on staff, on-site formulation and compounding, comprehensive quality program, and extensive implementation of IoT (Internet of Things), Polybond is a premier manufacture of rubber molded products.

With our continuous improvement philosophy, our production systems have been refined repeatedly over the years, resulting in highly stable processes with benchmark PPM levels.

Our Technology Center is a statement of our core strength. We undertake product design by using simulation techniques, product development, tooling design and development, rubber formulation design and testing, and rigorous endurance testing of parts.
