Materials
Polybond North America develops and custom blends elastomeric materials to meet and exceed customer specifications. Polybond NA has over 3,500 unique elastomeric formulations to match the customers’ deflection, vibration, and fatigue specifications. We also offer a wide array of MILSPEC-certified materials.
DuraFlex
DuraFlex®, a proprietary and trademarked blend, was formulated to drastically reduce heat build-up in rubber during rugged, high-strain applications. The result is a long-lasting, ultra-high fatigue-life rubber drastically improving the life of very high-deflection applications.
